The Indoor "Pet" Initiative

Welcome to the Center for companion animal care and wellness from the College Of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Iowa. The site has very useful information, both for pet owners and veterinarians. This site extends the popular Indoor Cat Initiative, which has helped to enrich the lives of cats and strengthen the human-cat bond for nearly a decade. Their panel of experts panel now includes a board-certified veterinary behaviorist and two applied animal behaviorists.
